Wilton Pottery is seeking a passionate, reliable, and engaging Pottery Instructor to join our growing community ceramics studio. Instructors are responsible for teaching pottery wheel and/or handbuilding classes for students of varying skill levels, creating a welcoming and supportive classroom environment, demonstrating ceramic techniques, and providing individualized guidance to help students develop their skills and confidence. Instructors should be comfortable managing a classroom, maintaining a positive learning atmosphere, and ensuring studio safety and cleanliness standards are upheld.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in ceramics, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and community building. Previous teaching experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, and excited to contribute to a creative, family-friendly studio culture.
